Sleep accounts for one-third of our lives. Yet, a lack of sleep is one of the most commonly reported problems of modern-day living.  What if we treated sleep as a valuable asset rather than an afterthought? 

Sleeping helps:

-regenerate and rejuvenate the body. 

-releases hormones that help balance mood,.

-trigger digestion and other functions necessary for our health and well-being.

-fight infection and inflammation.
