A couple of weeks ago I was asked if I felt comfor A couple of weeks ago I was asked if I felt comfortable in my skin. I said yes and I meant it. You see when I wake up these days I can look in the mirror and love the woman staring back at her - even on those bad hair days. I have more vitality and energy to do life! I l feel seen & heard..

Self-acceptance means accepting yourself at this moment - even if you don't think that you are a 'success' or that you are worthy.

My journey of self acceptance began when I embarked on my own personal health and wellbeing journey when I began to accept myself even before I had reached my health and wellbeing goals and acknowledging that I was a work in progress.

If you are on a journey the gift you can give yourself is self acceptance no matter what stage you are at......

You have been giving so much to others what if you You have been giving so much to others what if you allowed yourself the space to be still to stop, turn inwards, surrender and savour the slow and replenish your own cup in preparation for Spring.

When we go within, we embrace less stress and greater calm and connect to our intuition and deepest wisdom.

💕 If this resonates with you, I would love to invite you to my free 90-minute Masterclass - The Wonder of Winter - A time for stillness, rest and reflection to create a Winter Soul Treasure Map🗺

🧭What is a Seasonal Soul Treasure Map?
Soul treasure maps are fun and easy to create and best of all you don’t have to be creative. A treasure map is a wonderful tool that you can use as a starting point to uncover what you want and desire. It is relaxing and is one way that allows your soul to reflect your unconscious thoughts and emotions.

It can surprise and delight you with information about your inner life in a visual way and provide some real gems for you to work with.

Creating them though that’s just the first step in the process. It’s also a practical tool that I use in my coaching practice.

During the workshop we will:
🍂review Autumn - what lessons we learned, and what we want to leave behind (through journaling prompts supplied by me).
❄️explore the energy of the Winter season.
✂️create a Winter soul treasure map

What will I need?

•	Scissors
•	Magazines
•	Paper
•	And an open mind

🎨What is something you’ve always wanted to tr 🎨What is something you’ve always wanted to try?

You can find a million reasons not to do the things you want. You talk yourself out of the fun that could make your free time much more interesting and give yourself a new and satisfying opportunity for joy.

👉It’s important to try new things that grab your interest.

• Trying new things expands your mind

• Trying new things creates variety

• Trying new things spreads joy

• Trying new things sparks creativity

💕Don’t hold back from trying something new and fun that you’ve wanted to experience.

A considerable part of my journey has been learnin A considerable part of my journey has been learning to tame my inner voice, which I call the Mean Girl.

You may know her as the mean girl voice who whispers things like:
•	You will fail, so why bother trying?
•	You're so selfish!
•	You can't do that – what if people laugh at you!
•	Who do you think you are?

When we embark on any kind of change in our life, our kinder inner voice wants to keep us safe and in our comfort zone. Not only do we find ourselves battling our Mean Girl, but also juggling the changes we want in our life.

Change, lasting change, is a process that takes time, and learning how to navigate the struggles, (which, by the way, are a normal part of the change), is part of the journey. Aiming for perfection 100% of the time is exhausting. When we start, we want instant results, which can lead to putting ourselves under pressure. We want to be an overnight success! What if we changed our thinking and incorporated the ethos of progress, not perfection?

If you would like help to create sustainable change in your life, I have a spot open for 1:1 coaching let me know in the dms if you would like to chat.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, ju “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” -Dr Martin Luther King

🪜This quote sums up how I transformed from a couch potato who saw exercise as punishment to a woman who loves to move her body 5 to 6 days a week – one step at a time! No quick fixes.

🤸‍♀️Movement boosts your mindset and energy levels and more importantly allows you to feel connected to your body and can help you determine where your energy and time should be spent.

💕When you choose movement that:
• supports your body and is sustainable you’re investing in your future health and self.
• you love rather than endure you make time for it in your life and this creates consistency.

🐢Remember,

•Movement is not a short-term fix; it’s a lifelong habit!
•It’s your journey – don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s and take your time
•Small steps applied consistently over time yields results.

What's your relationship with movement?
