Hi lovely, I’m Janine!

A few years ago, I found the courage to begin a journey of self-discovery, love and worth. Approaching 50 was a pivotal time in my life.

Outwardly, I appeared happy. Internally, I was struggling and trying to find the joy in each day.

I felt:

  • Lost and overwhelmed.
  • Disconnected from my body.
  • Struggling with weight gain.
  • In pain and discomfort.
  • Sleep deprived.

I knew that I wanted to feed my soul and surround myself with what makes me happy.

My journey involved me moving through my deepest thoughts and emotions to get to where I wanted to be – happy in my own skin and living in alignment with my soul purpose. This journey has allowed me to come home to myself and show up unapologetically as myself for the first time in a decade.

I transformed my inner and outer worlds with one degree shifts and over three years have changed my relationship with exercise and food and sleep and lost 78 kilos and came home to myself in the process

I’m here to help you uncover your soul purpose and unapologetic authenticity.

  • A pre-program questionnaire sent to you prior to our first session. This digital questionnaire is designed to help you get crystal clear on your intentions of focus for our work together.
  • One 1:1 (90 mins) Intention Setting & Coaching in Session 1
  • Four: 1:1 (90 mins) Sessions where we will connect monthly via Zoom for our sessions. We’ll create inner transformation and outer shifts.
  • One 1:1 (90 mins) Integration Coaching in Session 6 we will end our last coaching session reviewing progress and creating a plan for moving forward and continuing to Flourish.
  • Once a week Voxer support in between coaching sessions
  • A personalised Dropbox Folder where you will receive notes of your session and recommended activities/practices/actions between sessions.
