Your probably wondering where to start? Or think that I have no idea what your life is like! And you are right; I don’t know your life and the specific challenges you face. However, I do know what it feels like to listen to your inner voice whispering that things can’t carry on as they are. I know what that sad and lost feeling feels like. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and not even sure where to begin!

You see I have been there! I had fallen out of love with myself and my life.  I was unfit, weighed 162.7 kilos and was sleep-deprived and disconnected from my body.

Over the last eighteen months, I began a journey in which I started working on my health and well-being. Over this time I have lost 66.3 kilos. This was not quick fix or a radical overnight change, nor was surgery involved!

It was small steps applied consistently over time. When you gain inner clarity on what your soul wants and desires, you have the power to effect change in your outer world. Which is why I want to help you navigate your own health and well-being journey and help set you up for success.

Because you deserve to be free to live your best, more beautiful and bold life! When you do you radiate joy & that gives other women permission to love themselves and their lives too.

So who am I? My name is Janine and I live with my husband, Mike in the coolest little capital in New Zealand – Wellington. Mike and I have been married 14 years and he is my biggest supporter in life and on this journey. I know not everyone has a supportive person in their corner which is why I want to help support you with accountability and mindset tips on your health and well being journey.

A small accident in November 2017 was the primary force behind me writing my book – Changes Afoot. This book is how I changed my relationship with exercise from one of avoidance and punishment to one where I love moving my body everyday. This was a journey in itself too.
